About Purely Simple Living

My name is Noel Kitchen and I am very excited that you have visited my blog!  I hope you find the information here to be useful & motivational in your life.IMG_8680_pp

Purely simple living began with a hope of taking back control over my mental & medical well being.  On a quest to become healthy, calm, focused, organized, and free of the image a super Stay at Home Mom I began to make positive changes.  I started by putting my faith in Jesus back in my daily life.  That first step was the hardest but the best step I made.  The next step was working on my mental wellness, which included more than feeling happy.  I needed a total transformation.  It’s still a work in process but I am a lot closer than I once was. So much has been learned through this process that it seemed natural to share this with others through this blog.

I began to focus on the part of my life that had been completely out of whack… My health and my family’s health.  With the rising costs of medical care I began to search out a healthy, alternative way to provide care for my family.  With a teenager living with ADHD and a preschooler that can’t take any medicine because of side affects, I needed to find something that I could do for them that I know would help.  When I was introduced to essential oils I realized I had found that way.  I have enjoyed learning all about essential oils and playing with them.  Already, I have seen major improvements in our health (Minus the teenager… he is resistant.  lol)  I love this so much I have made this my primary focus after my faith & family!  I will be sharing solutions I experience & find with essential oils as an alternative health solution for medical care and mental health.

This has all encouraged me to really reevaluate my life and how I have been running things.  Caught up with the pace of society I have lost touch with what it means just live a purely simple life.  One focused on laughter, love, fun, play, compassion, health, wellness, and faith.  Life IS a gift and no matter what life throws at us, we should live it well.

As you can tell, I am not a doctor and I have no experience in the medical field other than being a Mom treating my own family. The advice I share has not been evaluated by the FDA. The products & methods recommended are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or disease, nor it is intended to replace proper medical help. So, when in doubt, call your doctor.

I look forward to sharing this journey of wellness with you and chatting with you!
